About Me
- Kieran Carrigan
- In June 2009, I retired from a 14 year career as an elite open water swimmer. It was then I decided to move into another marathon event, the Ironman. This is my story from October 4th, my first Half Ironman to hopefully the world Ironman Championships in Hawaii.
